Open Data Exploration · Challenge 5

A wind turbine.
A community of ideas.

Your challenge: create an engaging public display with live data from the ACE wind turbine. Help people in Lawrence Weston see what their turbine is doing and discover the value it creates for their community.

The brief

Make the live data meaningful.

Ambition Community Energy (ACE) owns the community turbine in Lawrence Weston. Its turbine helps generate income for community work. These creations use its live data to show what the turbine is doing, with the public screen in mind. Share your source code under an open licence so others can learn from your display, reproduce it and build on your ideas.

Your idea belongs here

Share what you make.

New to code or GitHub? Share a public viewing link and screenshot through our submission form. We strongly encourage you to include your source code under an open licence, with a README that helps others run and adapt it. If you use Git or an AI agent, fork this repository and open a pull request. Your display joins the gallery here. To enter the challenge, also post it in the WeDoWind Solutions task.
